Catch every missing Fire Rating before the drawings go out.
Write your standards in plain English. RQube AI turns them into exact rules, checks every door, wall and room in the model, and fixes what fails inside a Revit transaction you can undo.

AI reads the standard. Exact rules check the model.
Language models are good at reading requirements and bad at being consistent. RQube keeps them apart: the AI writes the rules once, and a fixed rule engine gives the same answer every time you run it.
Read the model
The Revit API pulls elements, instance and type parameters, levels and host walls.
Write the rules
The AI turns your sentence into structured JSON rules you can read and edit.
Check every element
A local rule engine evaluates each element. Same model, same result.
Show the issues
Each violation lists the element, current value, expected value and why.
You approve
Nothing changes in the model until you choose a value and press Fix.
Fix safely
Changes run in a named Revit transaction, so one undo reverts the batch.
The AI never calls the Revit API. It only produces rules and explanations. Every read and every write to your model goes through RQube's own code, and no API key is needed to run checks: without one, a built-in offline interpreter writes the rules.
Say what the standard is. Edit the rule it becomes.
Start from a sentence, a saved standard or a blank rule. Conditions can look at the host: a door is checked against the fire rating of the wall it sits in.

Doors · Fire Rating NOT_EMPTY
Read-only parameters such as Area are listed but cannot be auto-fixed.
Fix one door, a whole rule, or everything safe.
Pick an issue and RQube selects and zooms to the element in Revit. Then choose how far the fix should reach.
Single fix
Type the value, apply it to the selected element, and see it change in the open view.
Bulk fix by parameter
Set Fire Rating to 60 on every door failing that rule, in one transaction.
All safe fixes
Apply every suggested value from your rules and templates. Read-only parameters are skipped and listed.
Each batch is a named transaction. If anything throws, the batch rolls back. If you change your mind, press Ctrl + Z once.
The checks you run the week before an issue.
Beyond parameter rules, RQube adds tools for the geometry, families, rooms and sheets that slow a submission down.
Schedule creator
Build Revit schedules from the plugin.
- Scope: active view, whole project, a level or a sheet
- Pick categories and fields, then create the schedule
Used and unused families
See what is loaded and what is placed.
- Instance counts for every family type
- List loaded families with no instances, ready to purge
Clash and join check
Basic geometry coordination.
- Elements that intersect each other
- Walls and structure left unjoined at their ends
Duplicate elements
Copies stacked in the same place.
- Same type at the same location and rotation
- Near-matches within a tolerance you set
Visual model marking
Move between the issue list and the model.
- Click an issue to select and zoom to the element
- Color failing elements red in the active view
Sheet and documentation QA
Drawing checks before submission.
- Sheets with no views, views without a template
- Views with heavy manual overrides
- Revision, date and drawn-by consistency across the set
Rooms and areas cleaner
Fix the room warnings everyone ignores.
- Unplaced, not enclosed and redundant rooms and spaces
- Zoom to the boundary problem, or delete in a batch
A record of every run, for the BIM manager.
Each scan is logged with the project, the rule set, what was checked, what was fixed and what is still open.
Saved standards. Keep your office rules as templates and load them on any project.
Explanations on demand. Ask the AI why an issue matters and what the code requirement is.
Your model, your key. Use OpenRouter with the model you choose, or stay offline.
